GENERAL QUESTIONS

What age group is your soft play suitable for?

Our setups are designed for children aged 6 months to 5 years. Older siblings are welcome to join with caution, but our equipment is tailored for toddlers' safety and fun.

​

How long is each rental for?

Each rental includes a 4-hour playtime minimum. Additional time can be arranged at extra cost.

​

Do you deliver and set up?

Yes! We handle delivery, setup, and teardown so you can focus on enjoying the day.

​

Which areas do you service?

We proudly serve the Lower Mainland, including [Surrey, Langley, Richmond and Abbotsford]. Travel fees are applicable depending on location.

​

Do you require a damage deposit?

Yes, a $200 fully refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. 

 

 

SAFETY & CLEANING

Is your equipment clean and sanitized?

Absolutely! We thoroughly clean and sanitize each item before and after every event using kid-safe products.

​

Do you have liability insurance?

Yes, we are fully insured for your peace of mind.

​

Is adult supervision required?

Yes. Adult supervision is mandatory at all times during play to ensure your little ones’ safety.

BOOKING & CUSTOMIZATION

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and peak seasons.

​

Can I customize a package or theme?

Of course! We love creating personalized setups. Let us know your theme, color preferences, or special requests.

Do you offer add-ons?

Yes! We offer ball pits, bouncy castle, animal hoppers and more. Check our add-ons section for details.

LOGISTICS

What type of surface do you need for setup?

Flat, clean surfaces are best—indoor or outdoor. Grass, concrete, turf, and floors are all acceptable. We do not set up on gravel or uneven ground.

​

What if it rains on the day of an outdoor setup?

We recommend a backup indoor location. Unfortunately, we cannot set up outdoors in rain or strong wind for safety reasons.

 

How much space is required?

Each package has a different space requirement. As a general rule, please allow 12ft x 12ft plus a little extra room around the setup.

 

Can we move the equipment after setup?

No. For safety and insurance reasons, the equipment must remain in its original setup location.
